According to Amazon’s statuspage, the underlying DNS issue at Amazon has been fully mitigated, and most AWS Service operations are running normally now.
We can see mobile app transactions going through normally on the Tangerpay platform and are marking this incident resolved.

We’re currently experiencing an outage affecting the service that links machine QR codes to Tangerpay.
Please note that remote starts through the Tangerpay Portal remain fully functional as well as Kiosk payments.
Our team has confirmed that this issue is related to the ongoing AWS service outage, as reported by Amazon: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status . The Tangerpay QR code service relies on AWS infrastructure, and functionality will be restored once the upstream issue is resolved.
