TANGERPAY OUTAGE SEVERITY LEVELS
SEVERITY 1 - Any system wide problem affecting a critical Tangerpay product or service used by more than 80% of our store owners globally, with no available work arounds.
SEVERITY 2 - Any system wide problem affecting a critical Tangerpay product or service used by more than 40% of our store owners globally, with no available work arounds. Or a problem affecting more than 80% of our store owners for which a work around exists.
SEVERITY 3 - Any system wide problem affecting a critical Tangerpay product or service used by more than 10% of our store owners globally, with no available work arounds.. Or a problem affecting more than 40% of our store owners for which a work around exists.
